Sarah Clover is nationally recognised as an expert in all aspects of Licensing. She is a specialist on the Licensing Act 2003. She has written a number of academic works on the subject, and is regularly interviewed on national media in this capacity, including Radio 4's: "Law in Action", & "You & Yours" programmes; ITV's: "Tonight with Trevor McDonald", and SKY News.

She lectures nationally in the field of Licensing. In November 2010 she was elected Chair of the West Midlands Region of the Institute of Licensing, and is regularly involved in the institute's training events and Annual Conference.

She heads Chamber’s expanding Licensing Team, and edits the Chamber’s Licensing Resource website page.

Sarah is also a member of the Planning & Public Law Group , and Regulatory Law Group.

Sarah has a broad Planning practice, and she regularly appears at inquiries/appeals relating to all aspects of development and enforcement. She has dealt with a number of cases where licensing and planning issues combine.

Sarah's other regulatory practice areas include Trading Standards; Environmental Health & Protection; Local Government ( including Standards); Trade Marks, Disciplinary and Education.
